You are all very zealous behind in your real life, other than that military jobs life, the guys !!! The guys they practice their microphone singing, they are very very very excited. That is as far as I hear. So the results would be, almost every people whom hear that announcement, they all gone to that leisure things to do with their commander.
It might be an audition? Or some kinds of your commander make it a fun thing, or a lighter suggestion, and a lot of people voluntary doing that, singing in the microphone, the guys!!!?!
