That is one person one entire Life, NEVER gonna make that much money in 20 years. You didn't hear what I say or? Because in the 10th years, you can asking the bank to lending your some emergency cash for the family, if that is what happened. 

You as one person, didn't have any real estate background, meaning you have to take care of your housing, water, electric bill, gas, or utility other than internet, cable, or satellites? Depends on your jobs, you align to CNN, or you align to Wall STreet? When you coming in, to meet which type of the human will mostly on the guys showing up.

For the small family, like us, or you all UB. To be honest, everyone starting one house, not 35+ housing. If I were in your position. Whatever that UB I set them up, the guys talking to the parents.
