Do you do what I say, keep writing? And? That journal making you feeling, breathing, thinking thoughts? What about the planning that piece of paper? Seeing is believing?

Your mental sphere to calm down yourself, some times, some hours, some days?

And?

You literally making some words in a readable sense, you try on your parents, see how you feeling it. The things you can talk about it. Because you formula in a more literal sense, you feeling good about yourself to communicate to your parents?  

Or a friend, or a mentor?
