Parsley, Italian Parsley (bigger), Cilantro, Mustard Green (Cooking)....The first 3 are herbs, the last it is the cooking green.

No, the MH, or Dr. Christopher herbs are recipe. His basic definition in his books, its herbs = food. You can just eat as much as you want, nothing happened to you. Understand what is the definition of that? 



Let's say, you just be with a guy, washing all those green, the way how you using the American grocery, you look, you label, or I imagine you ever know what those are? You can just eat it clean one, but you mean you cut them to drizzle them on the main dishes?

Yeah, those are the same herbs.

But you saying to keep fit, so, the big plate in the decoration veggie session, you have the shredded carrots, some display apple slice, some mayo, or thousand island dressing inside a tomato cup? You have some bell pepper got in strip, washed, and in that a bunch of raw veggie, Red, Yellow, Orange raw belt pepper, cut them all in align. Some people don't eat it, then I eat it?!

You suppose to talk to the guys into this health sense. You are the one prepare his liking food, then you eating the things he is not interested? But the green you have to keep washing washing washing, storage, becasue each week, the longest jobs, have to keep buying them and washing them. You don't have any other methods. Its a repeated job.

When I am processing these per green, did I tell you, you look where you plug this per cilantro, clamly, and nicely? I highly doubt you all have any hobby, or interest in anything you process.

When I was taught how to process that Oregano, there is a way to dry, in the brown bag, its simple, but you watch what you doing? The harvesting process? You don't like to care anyone, you don't like to care about the body. These herbs all having some function to kill the parasites.

 

Every processing the food, especially on the leafy, green, if you don't boil them, you have to disinfect them, by how?

Watching them in the water, your entire sink processing the meat? That is not for the green? Do you disinfect your entire sink, every stainless steel per shining places?

You know why its called the cutting edge technology? Because every measurement to that sleek straight line, not those Lumarian on the history side, has to be perfect metal, align, straight, exactly STRAIGHT to look like the modern technology !!

You process the meat, you have to separate those handling, if you are inputing the poor guy's diet into with the shredded "raw" carrots, or fruits, or rip open avocado. Your entire fridge has to wipe, or freezer, or what, you believing what is inside your fridge?
