Patty has different kinds. The Potato base, because the guys will feel the filling. Potato + carrot + cucomber shredded all formats + flours.

Tofu patty same things with the mince carrots or Chinese Chive, or those broccoli or kale stem. These stem has to be process like peeling, the ending cut off. So then, these can be mince, to mix at the tofu patty.

I personally don't eat Tofu. But if the guys or the your family do eat somewhat Tofu, that can be also just lightly fried the cut tofu both side. Itself with some light sauce, its a snack. Not too heavy. Just the most American Chinese restaurant always have them.


Potato

It takes a lot of the works to process the entire bags of the potato, because it gonna go bad. So peeling takes time, and the energy concentration, cutting chopping.
