I think in the medical doctor's field, there are still those Research invovled, after they becoming the MD, some might even have Ph.D, those very very high academia !

Seriously !!! 

You don't find out your true competition?  They will at least less violent in their act or thoughts anything like any of you, really. 

No one telling you, if you ever becoming a career field inside the REAL MD brain, not you all pretending to be year after year double major inside UB or MCAT, or USMLE. They have a wide range of choice in their studies.
