Where is My Computer at, this right click my 64 bit, not 32 bit?

These broken stuffs to download? It is 64 bits. They do on purpose or what?

Okay I set it. I return that IME old version stuffs. I just click whatever.   Switch it back. Its normal, I can type the Chinese in the browser.
