Choreography means your body....you start on jumping in the same point. You are overweight or?

The dance does not need to be all that elaborate, you can start with your mirror. You have to work your own shape, your fitness plans. When you love what you are, the diet, the face skin, you will learn how to take care of yourself better.

You don't really like about yourself. It might be the face, the eyes, the hair, the personality, or the talk, or the manner how to explain certain things, you are angry all the time. Deep breath. Try again?

You can learn the groups dance from the church, even if you give yourself one hour per day, you have that metabolism adding up your breathing time, you have some of the sweat from your body to eliminating the waste. 

You learn about the good water, you learn about the hygenic how you prepare yourself. Fruits. SMCH they eat fruits, because that is the easiest, and just help the colon to go to the bathroom.
