Just because it is a back-up, that is not a paying jobs service, its all by volunteering methods?  Technically the entire TV airting are the brand new industry, if you finding your own road, how to squeeze, and fit, detour, and makes your own purpose, to that one niche you say redefine. Just like the Silicon Valley, just like the Google 2005, just like Steve Jobs Standford 2005.
