You can just print, and re-format like a real A4 sheet, and when you all presenting your own group time, if any....

Then you present each other's comparison writing, and you just deciding that one hour, whom should be re-write this every single time.

And when that decision whom written that, you re-distribute that same sheet, that person written to your entire group, you re-answer those question that person re-word them, or re-formating those list by list more systematic look out.

That doesn't sound like too hard the paper work. You use that one person sheet, every so often when he or she coming out something, seeing if you want to participate. You hand in that the very first sheet, how you write your stuffs, he evaluate the overall your own presentation....he gives some feedback, what you all can do, to the next meeting.
