Certain guy's personality its get up and do things. They are. Not every kind of the guys are driven by that. Like the day when you have to make that decision like a debut.

Not every guy has that kind of the personality, so ...it will apply to all those individual groups.

In my high school time, I seeing them. Those guys will look differently. They talk clearly their agenda or presenting an idea, this is exactly how we do the layout, the day WE have the final performance. I never knew that before....or else I would have done something?

THEY, are the commercial garbage guys. You have no idea where their background they say they were to ending up all these TV, drama, Disney story? 

I don't know by NOW, if they are all in the leadership roles in some kinda of their own venturing out groups, it might be their family, or they were by themselves to go out and doing something. I have no idea. That Brian saying?

But a lot of guys cannot sit on that desk to organize a pile of the files. Not the PC, not the paper desk. Nick is one of them. VERY messy. His calligraphy is only capital letter, I cannot read and he has a disability not to talk, so he practices only his facebook.  He can get up and do things. A lot of the guys don't have those initiative drive, meaning take on a project and get that going. Sometimes they prefer the friends, or they really really have no opinion views, how to...

1. Listen and Shut up.

2. Making things in the correct order.

3. Sorting everything systematically.

4. Clean up the messy thoughts or the messy desk top.

He is conditioned in his brain too, not just the talking skill.
