When I drink a lot of the water, my pee is not on the first load done. You need to stay there, you will find out how many keep coming out. Same the third batch. Even that small tiny, I feeling it. So its not on the first run your pee going out, and NOT when I drink 2 cups down in the morning, and I am going back to lay on my back or front to the bed.
This routine I done that the last 6 months, so torturing never stop with the Thor. It is a morning routine, drink and lay down.
And then I usually drink a lot of the water after the nap, so that same procedure its the same. You will have the pee staying in the bladder, and you need to wait, or you go the second time, the third time, that is how much you have in the real amount.
Very annoying. I know that.
If you have the period, your entire half body below are SUPER SUPER sensitive. You are not on detox, you are not on the right diet, you just spell pain, and desperation how dirty everything between the poo, the pee, the blood.
