Why I keep drinking that much of the warm water?

I have the vitamin C, and my nose below breaks a bar, the junction skins, so I need the lotion? Not just I washing my hair this morning and hair dry dry dry? You cannot think why the life to be that pack inside one room, front, back, my seat, my bed, and my bathroom.
