I think its even a small tiny, and...if remove, looks small tiny, its a SUPER giant wound, you need to say your entire body feeling to go to sleep, to rest better that rest of the day, that severe.

It took the sneaker, and socks and every 2 or 3 days its alcohol wipe the foot, the sandle, and the floor. Not bare foot on the ground or the outside the sandle. It means these ground are very dirty.
The sandle needs to be clean the buttom and all around. I use the alcohol spray.

I am a very very very strict person because I live by myself. And I gradually doing things when I have time, such as increasing more washing my foot, washing my towel, or bathing powder used, to soak the nail, or open my nail inside the water, or scrap myself One of those. But those things are not strict. Sometimes I do it, most time I am tooooo busy the last one month, after BTX, I thought it was not that busy, it was.
The birds means they help too!!!!
