In America or Canada, its called 意麵, there are a difference those with the egg or just pure white or vegan 意麵 its one of those Asia noodles but curls. I personally don't like it because its a pure white curls noodles. Thin.
Taiwan has this 炸醬麵 its thick, that AI robots included noodles. My concepts are those the real noodles, the American side or Canada...those are the Chinese type.
From the mainland China. Too thin, you don't have anything to bite on the noodles itself.
