In our address book, every town, area, to City, we have a format similar to the social security and the health insurance card. You don't have a health insurance card like how we using it here. Its combine to our senior retiring after 65. We have a metro card, that can be used as the library card as well.

Our city is not Shanghai, not that super giant idea, because we have the family district for the children's schooling. Any local here can all move here purchased the housing and get in these school district right next by 101, and design somewhere in their own growing up time....
