I have some of this pain processing for many months now, so I just let my mother does whatever she puts up on the table. I remember last year, if one time pain, its like 1 kg straight down. Right now, many months passing it by. That time was very back, I cannot lean one tiny weight on the entire left side, but I have to secure this right side pillow.
And yesterday that right side start to really hurt. Today no.
I knew there is a reason, I usually touch every surface of the bones, I notices, that plaque near the butt, that is not a particular surface, so when the pain surface I know its there. But it pains like a hell. I ate last night, and this morning the weight didn't move, or the overall coming it down.

That is Teflon, and the plastic spectular. It will not scrap on the buttom, right....but that is high heating source. Usually get the wood. Or some kind of the clutch things made of....not those long, small ending those almost like a metal bar, those you turn the fish around, but never touching any stainless steel to those kind of the buttom.
Once scrap once, you need to throw that out.
