You can just get a Disney under the sea, those mermaid water design as the outside, and inside that is the another layer of the plastic.

Some people doing that like a soap in Adam Levine Aquatic Angel.  The Victoria Secrets, the design of the bathroom, the sea shell soap holder, you mount it on the wall.
