That longevity exercise - the Old man's instruction was 5-9. Wait....I think that is per side count, not per round counts.

Don't stretch too over, just lightly touched points, then back elastic your entire muscle bounce back. Nick pulling too hard, he sweat too much. Not long he already sweat all over.
