You curve your back its because you cannot see the keyboard, or your monitor LED light, even with the eye glasse, you raise up your head, with your mouth open, that monitor its higher? Its not on your table? You set that up higher? So your entire neck are not straight?

When I type, its all straight, behind me. I can see what I type without the eye glasses, at that seating whichever distance you imagine. I set the font bigger on my own website? I manually change all the font? Oh ~ they way hot they default....maybe I am so blind I think in America...they drive the cars. 

If I am on my chair, my back to my chair lean back? I pull my keyboard and mouse close to me. I drag those two out?

Yeah, I can see what I type, one eye close, yes? The both eye can see each line I write, the draft or the monitor.
