You have an eternal life, you don't ever dreaming something in progression, the American Medical Board or the European Medical Board, what would be my planning to your building if I knew some of your people have PhD + MD combine? So....? 

Most people the reason they have to get a job right after Ph.D, because a lot of this discipline you will need to always review, re-read, and re-think. I am not bind to that. I remember the things I study or seen it once in the librarian science?
