It would be the vegetarian Mushroom seasoning (most are the Vietanese / Chinese store one bag branding), its a seasoning. I normally don't eat the mushroom.
But here Taiwan, there is one farming break through called the King Mushroom. I put that in the congee. Everything else I don't use the mushroom.
