The leadership its always been ongoing things. Most people shy away with it. They don't really take on a job and pretend how to finish it. They don't have the language to say, or the organization skills to take on that projects and complete that.

3. I am hungry
4. I didn't sleep last night playing the computer game.
5. My aunt coming over
6. We have other plans the family.
7. My dog got sick.
8. I didn't think that is so important.
9. oh ~ someone else can do the jobs.
10. Its really that difficult to hire someone else?
