You can file in the ET side - the lawsuit

You say:

ET evolution too high way to omit the middle all path, especially at Zero Tim Cook shows up means? We are not sure. How old is the ET whom did that, can we know? And...is there a human factor in between before they become FRIEND? 

We sueing at the ET and all the human factors in between to get there.  The court can just tell us if these lists exist and can be disclosed. One is ET side, one is the in-bound Earth human side. Once we acquire that lists, we will do what we knowing how to sue that process including the statement, we are not sure what happened.
