If CAT scan doesn't have anything, you are fine. The MD will see something if you band your head very very often and very hard at your steering wheel. Some people really to be this...silly.

You could just ask the movie those insurance to your physical body being affected and damaged. Those are part of the Wind, windy, you lost your body momentum.
