The guys understand English, they understand a certain word if I say to them.....my own UB Facebook !!!

They are happy, they are grumpy, they thought that was funny....

They got poke they understand, you say you are in discomfer, meaning its a cramp, dizzy, and ready to faint. That is more than discomfer, because you cannot describe how bad that is. Every single month. You actually believing it, someone warning you....that one month, every month. You even tell the guy's about it.

The guy used to know, you didn't remind him every single month, 30 times a year. And tell him to write it down, they will remember that.
